Friday, September 12 Online Only Auction - Bill & Mary Lou Taylor (Spencer, Indiana) - Bidding open 24 hours a day & ending with the first lot on Friday, September 12 @ 10am EST (soft close). Note: please check back we'll be adding approx. 150+/- lots by auction day.

NOTE: Two Day Pickup is Friday, Sept. 12, 1pm - 4pm, and Saturday, Sept. 13, 10am - 1pm Only. Thank you. **PICKUP ITEMS AT THE ESTATE PROPERTY** North side of Spencer, IN near elementary school (Not at our auction facility). **Removal Address & Pickup Times: Specific Address provided to buyers with their invoice. Please adhere to scheduled pickup times & bring loading help as we have none (questions call 812-320-0130).

Loading: Household tems & furniture are located mostly on main level with some items in the basement, there are outdoor & shed items as well - you will need help to load, please bring your own packing & boxes if needed.
